“I like that the hotel is on the beach. It is going through some well needed renovation so its really not fair to comment. but the carpets and sofas are kinda grungy looking. But the hotel is in a great location and the staff is very pleasant. you have to pay per day to park in a lot across the road. $30 self park/ $38 valet. also you have to pay per day for beach chairs $33/for 2 chairs/no umbrella. thats a little steep. the reno of the pool area is very beautifully done. as well as the lobby……
