Black towels in bathrooms so obviously they weren’t sanitized from prior uses. HUGE problem the parking you must have a pass in the window or park in visitor parking which there is only 4 at the complex they were all full it wasn’t disclosed that we need to drive around into a back parking lot for more visitor parking.
