“Everything was adequate…but I wouldn’t call it “chic”. Bed was comfortable, the place was basically clean, but the surfaces are dingy, countertops splitting. The upstairs neighbors are very noisy late night and early morning. There was a washer and dryer, but no detergent which made it unfunctional unless you went and bought a regular sized detergent for one load. What a waste! I expected more, albeit functional.”

“Very difficult to find . numbering system very confusing. Did not give the password for the wifi. The condo was very clean and well decorated. Roku tv only no regular stations.”

“The building was very quiet and I felt very safe. It was well appointed including the host leaving a bottle of pasta sauce and pasta so I wouldn't have to run to the grocery store immediately. The couch was extra comfortable, the apartment spacious enough for my needs. Very pet friendly and a perfect neighborhood for walking dogs at any time of day or night.”

“Great little vacay to Charlotte with my teenage son. Went to a concert, shopped and love finding secret dives/local hot spots/gems/restaurants in any city we visit! Our VRBO super cute and quaint in a great neighborhood very close to all inner city attractions. The team that has this listing was super friendly, quick, and so easy with any questions/responses, very easy to work with definitely 5 stars for Benjamin Breenman! The only reason I did not give 5 stars for location is the lack of noise……
