“This apartment was perfect for my husband and my son . It was close to the beach and boardwalk 6 min walk, and it was relatively quiet . If you dont like light early in the morning bring a sleep mask. Also there is an outdoor shower as well which is great. The owner was so kind when my husband misplaced his keys at checkout and gave him more time to find them , which he did! SO definitely recommend this property. ”

“Very nice place! Had everything you could need and very convenient. Our only complaint was their was just some sand in the room and on the top sheet of the bed but it’s a beach resort you can’t really get every speck of sand so it was okay.”

“Great load/unload option ( 15 min parking outside building) for check in & out. Lovely breeze thru open windows in condo with view to beach and bay. Distance to beach/boards was great. Option for elevator or stairs. Happy with access ( keyless), new to us cleaning fee - still competitive pricing for rental. Nice chance to experience The Hanscom Condos with custom interior paintings! Great host and property experience.”

“the place had fifth rugs, small gym, long elevator wait time, the hallway was very cold. the rooms are dated and unclean. the furniture had rips and tears in every kitchen table chair. had to pay for coffee. wait time at check in was 45 min”
