“The location was perfect- steps away from everything, Times Square and Mc Donald’s and Chick-fil-A and Walgreens, restaurants, bars and pizza and a little park in front to relax. You can see the Chrysler building from the room. Very safe. It was a bit dusty from the dryer venting in the unit. It did get hot from the dryer. It was clean and spacious. Everything you need for a stay. I was shocked by such a gem of a find! I will try to hunt down this place again for my next stay!”

“I’ve never left a rating this low, and honestly, I won’t recommend staying here. It’s a self check-in hotel with no front desk support. On Day 1, I checked in online but never received an access code to enter the building or my room. I’m definitely not the only one—there were many other guests stuck at the front door every day. I stayed for six nights, and this happened repeatedly. To get access, I had to call the helpline multiple times (I’m using an overseas mobile). Each call kept me on……

“Great location to get places. A little sketchy sometimes at night. Room is decent size for nyc. We had 6 people. There was 3 beds. Blankets and pillows were comfortable. Nice to have a full fridge also. Could have been cleaner. There’s mould in the shower and we spilled water on the floor and wiped it when a towel and it was so dirty so floors could have been washed better. We ran out of toilet paper and seemed to not be able to get anymore sent to the room. The elevators are really slow.”

“The central location was very convenient and made it easy to get around. However, the soundproofing was poor, and it was quite noisy late at night and into the early morning, sometimes as late as 2 am. Light sleepers may want to keep this in mind. The room was clean and had everything we needed, but the facilities felt a bit old, and there were some stains on the carpet and bedding. Also, we were required to pay a cleaning fee at check-in and could not check in without paying it.”

“This propery says entire apartment. It is a room with a toilet (at best). Others are shared. I text the owner that there was no heat when I checked in, he text me 30 minutes before check out. I went to The Marriott and had a comfortable stay. The room is in need of repair. Blinds are see through, etc. Forget about this.”
