Walkable for many tourist areas. Close to bus routes. Hotel is clean and upgraded from when I stayed there 25 years ago. More dining options from inside hotel. 24 hr cafe was the best. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

All staff were very pleasant and helpful Our bedroom room and en-suite were small but very clean with excellent air conditioning. There were a couple of places to eat in the hotel and lots of cafes and restaurants near by. The hotel was in an excellent spot very close to tube station

Well located hotel just seconds away from Oxford Street and the theatre district. Nice room with air con unit, good amount of space for 2. For a 3 star hotel for this budget it was excellent value for money and I would definitely book a return trip and recommend to others.

Friendly and attentive staff. Convenient location, close to tube, walking distance to many popular London Attractions! Walking distance to the Theatre District and Chinatown/Soho. Many shops and restaurants close by, including 3 great restaurants right in the Hotel. Only complaint was the elevators were right next to our room and made very loud screeching noises.
