The location was perfect! And the hotel was clean and pleasant. The room was especially small and difficult to navigate with luggage, but that was expected and made clear in the listing. The water pressure in the shower was spectacular!

The location was excellent, close to many tube lines. My only complaint was the room was so tiny that it was claustrophobic. I could barely walk to the bathroom from my bed as my suitcase was on the floor. It was hard to be in the space without wanting to get out as soon as possible. The AC was freezing and I couldn't lower it.

This was a terrible hotel and not as advertised. Soundproofing was non-existent. The mattress was a hard mat. I had to walk outside to go up a small staircase to my room where I tripped and bruised my knee. If I that been raining it would’ve been a real liability. The staff were friendly tried to help but the property itself was a mess and they know it.

Great location and friendly staff. The room was so small as to be barely functional for two people. The single toilet/shower would get all wet everywhere upon every use. It was the hardest mattress that i've ever slept on. Staff, location, great. Room... Not very good.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and out was a breeze. Room was clean. Location was central to food & entertainment. As advertised the room was small but it was quite a challenge with 2 people and 3 suitcases. I would not recommend if you had any mobility issues. Also, hotel was located on a street that is not accessible by car.

Trendy but tiny

My wife and i were staying in London for the night but were a bit late in booking a room and so were paying over £250 for one night. For that we got a room (room 320) with a double bed pushed up against a wall and a toilet and shower room which leaked into the room and had a door which wouldnt shut properly. The room could not have been smaller. Great location, friendly staff, but wont be back.

Outside noise not an issue at all!

Great location, went to bed around 10.30 and hardly any outside noise ( and I was on 1st floor). Didn't affect me at all. Quick and efficient check in/out too.
