"I stayed at Best Western several times over the past few months and each visit was just as enjoyable as the next. I got to meet several team members at Best Western and received a warm welcome each time! They are all very accommodating with anything I needed and the rooms you can expect to be perfect! They are very clean and the beds n pillows are so comfortable and wake up to a hot breakfast juice and coffee every morning! I got to have the comforts of home with the work out room and pool. I think the only thing I would change are two extra pillows in each room and larger bottles of shampoo and conditioner, this would set Best Western apart from the rest for me in Montrose Colorado! Make sure to take pictures of your amenities (if you change them) hot breakfast, pool and the gym you offer for your brochure. I guarantee you will see your business rise!!! I would choose Best Western every time! Thank you for your hospitality!"

"The hostess called me because we were going to be late checking in. She made everything very easy for our late arrival and communicated everything we would need to know about our stay. "

"Hotel was under construction, only the 3rd floor is available for occupancy. But everything worked fine and the room is very nice and spacious. Breakfast is good even thought it’s not their regular breakfast because of the construction. "

"Great location and friendly staff but our room was not thoroughly cleaned. The cleaning staff was very friendly but they were not equipped with the right supplies to properly clean the room. For example the room had not been vaccumed and the cleaning staff did not have one with them. Staff was friendly when they were there but we had an issue of our key card not working and an off duty staff member was the only person able to help us. If we didn't see them we would have been locked out of our room for at least an hour. Not great."
