"We were fortunate that our party of 13, became a party of 9. A water leak made the finished basement, pretty unusable. We also had a bathroom issue on the 1st floor as well. There were some cleanliness issues with the grill as well. Once you get past all of that, the kids had a blast, we got the heated pool rolling and they were able to have their own space. "Black Diamond Chalet was the perfect weekend getaway for a group of 12. The location was a very easy drive from the Pittsburgh area using GPS. Inside, everything was well stocked, clean, and the jacuzzi tub was a perfect addition.Overall communication with the property manager for a few questions were responded to promptly. "Very great communication with hosts prior to stay, cute and quaint little cabin chalet just as described. Fully supplied kitchen made for meal prep pretty easy. Bring groceries bc the area has limited options nearby. We knew this ahead of time and probably saved us time and money. "

"The house was clean and roomy for our group. We enjoyed being able to use the fireplace! The beautiful dining table accommodated us well. We had a little hard time finding a few things in the kitchen, i.e. foil, plastic wrap. Wastebaskets and tissues in the bedrooms would be a welcome addition. It was difficult finding the house in the dark in a snowstorm, but WAZE helped immensely! It is a beautiful location!"
