“The cottage was in a great location and had a nice, secure yard that was perfect for my dog. It was well-equipped and had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our stay. However, I had to give a low rating for two reasons: Cleanliness issues and the generally run down condition/deferred maintenance inside. “My husband and I were going to a concert in Lincoln and needed a quick place to stay for a night. We got to the property around and our code did not work for the door. Tried messaging the host and didn't get a response. Luckily the owner happened to come home about 15 min later and got us inside. Room was pleasant, bed was comfortable, had all of the amenities needed. We followed all checkout instructions the next morning, took out the trash and gathered laundry as requested, left around 10 A.M.……

“The house was fully equipped for our stay and it was so nice to stay in a place full of art! The location was a bit removed from where we were visiting but everything is a short drive away. We had trouble figuring out the heat at first and the owner was patient and responded quickly to help us work it out. Overall great stay, thank you!”
