"Although this is an older property, the room was extremely clean. I did not check in until closet to 10 pm the evening of 4/26 and there was an issue with my reservation, my fault totally! I had inadvertently confirmed my stay for the night before. The gentleman at the front desk ( his name escapes me) was very accomodating, professional and understanding. The next morning (4/27) I spoke with the desk clerk on duty about the mistake I had made and she refunded my money for the night of 4/25. She was also very nice to do that. Whenever in the area, I will definitely stay here again. "

A heated pool would enhance the family experience greatly. Value: 2/5 Given the price we paid, the accommodations and amenities did not meet our expectations. It felt overpriced for what was offered. Service: 3/5 The staff were friendly and eager to help, but the hotel’s limitations overshadowed their efforts. Overall Experience: Our stay lacked the comfort and enjoyment we were hoping for, mainly due to the room setup and pool temperature.
