“Cleaning service needs to be improved. During our four nights stay we only got it once, after being requested several times. After finally getting the service we found the toilet was so dirty that I borrowed a bowl blush and bowl cleaner from one of the room attendants that I saw on the hallway and cleaned it myself. Shower drainage works extremely slow and there was hair in bathroom sink drainage. Other than that our overall experience was good, room is very spacious with comfortable bed and……

“I had a great 6‑week stay at this cozy casita in a quiet, pleasant Miami Shores neighborhood. The space was clean on arrival, with a well‑stocked kitchenette, a good fridge, stable Wi‑Fi, and a comfortable trundle bed where I slept well every night. The couch was comfortable enough, and while there’s no desk, I made a workable setup with my luggage and still found it a relaxing place to unwind after the day.
