The suite was very clean. The beds all appeared VERY new... possibly from Amazon.. & they were EXTRA FIRM. The fridge and stove top were a plus, but there are no utensils, cookware, plates, etc. The staff was friendly enough... I felt rushed to sign everything at check-in. I understand the desire for a swift experience, but there's a fine line between that & hurrying up to get me out of your hair. It was hard to catch someone at the desk--we saw the window closed more than open. We requested a couple of extra towels as there were 3 women in our group & they needed one for their hair. That was a no go. They only gave towels if we brought them the existing ones. There were no hand towels. The location was a bit secluded which was nice in Cleveland and easily accessible. We might consider staying here again for the price & cleanliness, but we'd bring our kitchen supplies & extra towels.

Never disappointed here. My 3rd stay. Brewery on 1st floor is simple, inexpensive and awesome.

We were able to check in an hour early. Rosie was very friendly and helpful. As for the room, had to kill a couple of wasp in our train car room, AC never turned on or didn't blow in the bathroom. Beef was very comfortable. They had a stand up fan in the room due to the extreme temperatures that weekend, so very nice. We would definitely stay again.
