"I have stayed at a number of places in Santa Fe and this casita is by far the greatest stay and experience. Bill and Yvonne were the best hosts and made sure our stay was above and beyond. The casita was so beautiful and designed perfectly in the SW interior design. We cooked for our family there in the kitchen and we also took advantage of how close this casita is to Santa Fe plaza. I was amazed at how close this casita was to everything in the city. The casita is also enclosed within a personal fence so if you bring your pet it will have it's own space to roam and you won't have to worry about it roaming off. We loved our stay, and to say the host were spectacular would be an understatement. We will be back on our yearly trip to New Mexico!"
"The service was superb the evening shift and the early morning shift were two shifts that I was involved with majority of my stay as it was busy so I was off property during the afternoon shift, housekeeping, and all support staff were very accommodating, friendly and very welcoming we truly did enjoy our stay."
"We go to Santa Fe once a year! Hotel Santa Fe is our go to hotel. It is beautiful, clean and has friendly staff. They have an excellent restaurant and a full bar in house. You almost never have to leave the hotel!! If you do decide to get out they have a shuttle that will take you and pick you up within a mile radius of the hotel!! They thought of everything!! Who could ask for more??"
"The service at this hotel is what really stands out. We stayed in the Mesa Verde Suite in the Hacienda. I would definitely choose this if we returned and it's worth the upgrade. The room is fine, a bit older and with no real view, but having access to the butler and concierge is a nice touch and something not generally done at other hotels of this quality. The hotel is about 3/4 of a mile from the plaza, but there's a shuttle to take you there and back if you don't want to walk. "
"This was one of the best hotel rooms that we’ve ever stayed in. The attention to detail for the little amenities was quite awesome. It was in a great location to walk downtown to the Spanish market celebration. It had really good parking. You were able to pull up to the door of the apartment and then unload your baggage and then park across the street and a safe parking lot. I would highly recommend anyone to look in this stay in the area to book here."
"This was a vacation within the vacation! What a lovely spot and every bit of it is comfortable, beautiful and relaxing. I could easily have spent days just sitting in all the various garden spaces. The bed was luxurious and comfortable and there was plenty of good coffee available in the room. Easy walk to the plaza too. We tried the brunch one day and it was delicious. This will be my place to stay in Santa Fe from now on."
