With an unbeatable oceanfront location and multiple resort amenities, you'll never want to leave! Small but practical, let this be your place to rest your feet after days and days of fun.

As part of your reservation, you’ll enjoy access to a full breakfast buffet at Magnolia’s at 26th, just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay. Also check out the Snack Shack located on the 1st floor of the registration building.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

Great place to stay. Clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent affordable resort. Only one thing I would complain about is the parking. It was a block away. It didn't bother me but others my find it inconvenient. The parking building was gated though. We will definitely consider staying here in the future

Very Nice property! Very clean! Friendly staff! Only bad thing would be the parking being one block away but it was a gated parking building. Room was dirty when we got in room and we had to wait until. 4 to get in room I asked for towels never got them When I came in at 11 I had to call for towels so I can take shower People in pool after 11 yelling called down to desk They respond was they can make noise Cars were broken into at parking garage and they have security Breakfast was awful First day they ran out of bacon and eggs This not worth the money I paid and workers not friendly at all I will not ever return to this hotel

This room is great. It is not so spacious but it is great for a small family, or friends. Everything was really clean. Only thing was the sliding door kept getting stuck but not that big of a deal. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was so nice and attentive.

Check in was a breeze the staff had it down to an art. The room was clean and had a great view. The staff was great our whole stay, always polite and smiling. I liked that it was right on the beach, that you got a good breakfast at the restaurant next door and you could play mini golf next door. But the hotel itself is in need of updating. It just seems dingy, the room itself was clean but the hotel needs to close once in awhile to do maintenance and painting throughout.

Breakfast is great at magnolias, you’ll definitely get your money’s worth. Great price for a great place. Beach front, clean rooms, hottub, and the front desk staff was very helpful.
