This property is a Myrtle Beach landmark and features an expansive pool deck with indoor and outdoor pools. On-site you will find the Ground Floor Cafe, proudly serving Starbucks and sweet treats. Indigo Coastal Kitchen on the second floor is open for breakfast and dinner. Hours vary by season. During our warmest months, we open our pool bar during our warmest months and schedule live entertainment on the pool deck.

Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation, and additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites. Children's Activities - This program is available at Patricia Grand and Bay Watch from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more! This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC.

Great Place

The Patricia Grand is a great place to stay if you love dogs. Almost everyone there had a dog. or two. Our fur baby had a ball. There is a county park right next door and they even furnish poop bags. The safe in the closet did fall off the wall when my husband went to use it and could not be prepared, and the coffee maker and a rusty warming plate, but I told them, and it was replaced with a brand new one. Also, there was no way to clean the floor and it got pretty dirty. I would recommend taking a swifter mop it you like to keep a clean room.

2nd beach trip to patricia grand!

My boyfriend & i usually stayed on the 17th floor but that house wasn’t available. we found this one and so glad we did we wanna continue staying at this house!! we have a wonderful time and can’t wait to be back.. we were a little disappointed the pool bar wasn’t open but it was due to construction so there’s always next trip for that

Fall Getaway '24

The old girl could use a face-lift. The lazy river was out of order and only one of the hot tubs were hot. The heated pools were nice especially when temps dropped. The room was clean and well stocked, but the mattress was completely worn out. The kitchen cabinets are in need of replacement too but were functional with care. We love coming here but will check if remodeled before coming back.

You get what you pay for with this place. It was absolutely terrible. The room was not clean; hadn’t been swept, hair all over the shower and even in the fridge, boogers on the walls, towels covered in hair, whole building smelled like weed, it was gross. We will never be staying here again.

Decent stay for a very reasonable price

The good, close to the board walk area and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. They allow 2 small dogs for a reasonable fee and the room had coffee and the kitchen basics (including a small sized dish soap) and a full sized fridge. The not great. Two dirty coffee cups in the cabinet. The silverware drawer tries to fall into the cabinet every time it was opened. The cheapest toilet paper known to mankind. Bring your own. Checking in was rather slow at the front desk with apparently only one person working the desk and several people in line. Overall a comfortable stay and a nice view of the beach for a very reasonable price.

Home away from home

I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I absolutely love the kitchen, I saved so much money. The ladies at the front desk and the lady that works the Starbucks stand are one of a kind. Extremely nice!! I’ll be back! Thank you again. Keep up the amazing job.

Glad I picked this room

Stayed July 23-30. I enjoyed having this oceanside room. Before I booked this room, I knew I wanted a stove, sink and fridge. I liked that the laundry was right outside our room. We were able to view the beach and outdoor pool from the balcony. It was also nice being able to go to the beach and come back to the hotel to swim to cool off. This room has a safe to lock up your belongings. Bed was comfortable and there’s plenty of soft pillows.

Lovely staff, some property maintenance needed

Your front desk staff and the housekeeping staff I met are gracious and very helpful. A couple of maintenance issues... Kitchen drawer broken in Unit 422. Twice I reported that none of the 3 elliptical machines in the fitness centre was working, but they were not fixed. The fitness centre was one of the reasons I booked at the Patricia Grand, so this was disappointing.

Great for Pet Lovers

We enjoyed our stay in this condo as did our 2 small dogs. Unfortunately there are a few small issues that need to be addressed. There was dog hair EVERYWHERE in the room. A previous renter must have had a dog that sheds badly and housekeeping didn't sweep or vacuum after their stay. There was a broom in the closet but no dust pan so I swept the room and left the hair and debris in the corner... The broom wasn't enough to actually get all of the hair contained. The room really needs a swiffer or small vacuum. I realize that this is a pet friendly condo but getting in to bed with dog hair all over my feet isn't an option. The outside pet area needs to be redone as there are stickers and weeds but little grass. The floor lamp in the room should be replaced as it appears to have been used by male dogs and is rusting along the bottom. All in all we enjoyed the condo. I don't think that I've ever experienced so many pet lovers in one place. Everyone that we encountered loved meeting our dogs. AND - the shower and water pressure is AWESOME! I could have stayed in the shower for hours! I would rent this place again but bring along my own supplies for the floor.

Wonderful Place for Pups

I loved the hospitality towards our pups and us as well! Heaven and Jaylynn were wonderful! I was disappointed with the cleaning! There was hair in every corner of the room! Looked like it was just pushed around by a mop and not vacuumed! I understand it was a dog friendly room. However, I felt like the room should have been vacuumed before mopping! Thank goodness they are replacing the sliding doors the door was extremely hard to open and close

Great stay

Great stay, the staff were lovely. We got locked on our porch and they came immediately to help. Very clean. Great location. The parking garage is very tight so don’t bring a large vehicle if possible. The bathroom needed an update. The shower pressure was intense. The room did not have a sponge, dish soap or a broom so we had to do a little shopping. Overall fantastic experience and i will absolutely be back.
