Wonderful pet friendly hotel

We had an excellent stay at the Patricia Grand and it exceeded our expectations. We love that it's a pet friendly hotel and it's nice to see a hotel so accommodating of dogs. We had a beautiful view of the beach, the pool area was very relaxing and we ate at the Indigo Coastal kitchen several times. The food and staff were fantastic. We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Myrtle Beach.

5 Stars – Thoughtful, Clean, and Friendly Stay!

We had a wonderful experience at The Patricia Grand! Our room was clean, comfortable, and had so many thoughtful touches—from a convenient first aid kit to full-size body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower. It’s the little things that really stood out. Every staff member we passed—from the front desk to maintenance and housekeeping—greeted us with a smile. Everyone was genuinely friendly and welcoming, which made our stay feel even more enjoyable. As a pet-friendly hotel, I was a little concerned about allergies, but I had no issues at all. The room was spotless with no signs of pet hair, and all the other pets we saw were well-behaved and quiet. The property overall was well kept, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to others!

We had great weather and a great view. The room is not luxury, but clean and comfortable. However, there was no information in the unit about anything. I messaged VRBO 3 times with questions and got no response.

Vacation trip.

The room was as clean as the pictures. All employees were nice and helpful. They even called me to let me know we had left some clothing and if we needed it shipped. I would recommend it to anyone.

Baseball tournament

Great place to stay. Good proximity to Ripken baseball fields. Room, pool and beach are well maintained. Parking garage smelled like weed all week which is cool but just be prepared in case your kids haven’t smelled dank before. Lots of little dogs stay there.

New beginnings

Just needs new mattress and furniture......Condensation from a/c leaks at pool side ..so no that is not rain...very polite staff. A couple loose pavers at outside pool...try not to trip. Needs non stick pots and pans....and there is no room service...but a pleasant stay for the price.

It was okay.

The room was clean had a few scruffs, customer service was not friendly. I had a late check in due to traveling and when i arrived i was not greeted friendly. She had ear phones in while checking me in and didn’t even tell me my room number just said which floor. The morning of checking out we waited about 15 minutes for the elevator which didn’t arrive . So we ended up walking down 9 flight of stairs. Which isn’t a big deal but with luggage it’s a lot and hard. I’m not sure if I would go again, but it was convenient for a night of rest.

Would stay again

Only issues were the tub didn’t drain properly so you were standing in about an inch of water while showering. Floors were FILTHY from the time we walked in initially, took my shoes off and walked a couple steps and immediately had to put them back on bc my feet were black and dirty. We couldn’t walk anywhere in the condo unless we had on shoes. Bedside lamps had charging ports, which was nice except the areas you had to touch them were rusty and had a sticky gross film on them. Didn’t bother bringing any of these issues to management attention as we were only there for a 3 night stay. All of the staff were super friendly. Loved the location, it is on the “nicer” end of south Myrtle. Overall, I would come back to this hotel if these minor issues were fixed.

Great stay

Staff was friendly and room was nice clean on arrival. Resort had plenty of amenities and the pool party was fun on the weekends. Nice dog walk area. All in all a great week.

Pet friendly

comfortable stay

Room was very nice. Loved the full size fridge and stove/oven in the room. Grounds were kept up. Listing said no pets but there were a lot of people with dogs. Down side - Practically no water pressure in shower.

We were in town visiting Coastal Carolina University and this was the perfect place to easily access the school within 30 minutes and still be able to enjoy the beach.

Winter getaway

I loved how close this property is to the ocean. I loved going to sleep and lido to the waves. It was so peaceful. A little disappointed that there wasn’t a couch. Then it would have been perfect for me. Staying a month, without a couch to sit and read! No! Everyone was so friendly. I loved that.

Okay for the price

Although it’s pet friendly, there were times I didn’t feel safe taking my dog out. I also didn’t like that parking was across the street in a garage. For the price, it was okay.

The Patricia Grand room 912

The room and hotel was nice . The only issue was the water pressure really was bad when using the shower. As the pressure before turning on the shower head was fine . And the tub was getting stopped up. I have seen complaints on it before. But overall we made it work with the issues.

Nice Place

We had an Oceanview room, it was a beautiful view of the sunrise and sunset. Staff were very friendly. The resort was in a perfect spot, you were able to walk to places if you chose to. The only thing I would suggest for improvement is the showers. It was not a good water flow. The shower had a very small trinkle of water coming out. To be honest, the water station where you can rinse off coming in from the beach had more water coming out. Other than that. It was a great place to stay.

My Patricia Grand Stay

The floor needed scrubbing, the drains are too slow, the shower was inadequate supply of water (hard to rinse off). I'm still puzzled as to why I was charged for 2 Insurance policies!
