Best view in town!

Access to the property was effortless! Once in the Condo found it to be very clean and comfortable and then walked out onto the balcony and had the most amazing view! The location was within walking distance to many restaurants. Will definitely stay here again!!

Great location

Nice place, clean, loved the pools, beach access, and pool-side bar. It’s hotel-like in layout. You walk in to the bedroom area and then through the kitchen/bathroom and into the living room which overlooks the beach. Short walk to tons of bars restaurants and shops. Other than food the only thing we needed were sheets for the pull out bed.

Everything we wanted it to be

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and the location was perfect! It was central to everything. My only wishes was that garbage bags and dish towels were provided. But that's ok, we'll remember to bring them next time. :)

Nice condo right on the beach!

Great location, beachfront, walking distance to many restaurants and the boardwalk. The door was a little tricky in that we weren’t sure it locked at 1st, so maybe something in the room by the door explaining that. M

Just the Right Spot

This condo was exactly what we were looking for. The location is perfect. Easy walk to the boardwalk area and to places to eat. The condo had all the things needed for the week. Nice to be able to eat in for breakfast and a few dinners to save some money. The condo was comfortable and clean. Having the beach chairs and umbrella was great too. Loved having the attached parking garage. Very convenient. Would definitely stay again.

When we arrived couldn't get the door to shut properly, and when it did shut it wasn't securely shut, had a lot of slack in it. The sofa bed was not comfortable at all. Had dents and lumps in the sofa bed, had to purchase an air mattress just to sleep comfortably on the sofa bed.

The property is located at a great location. The owner was responsive when we needed a parking pass that was supposed to have been in the room. The ocean view from the room was wonderful. Problems: the air conditioner created so much condensation that the floor was wet in the kitchen to the point where I had to put a towel down so we wouldn't slip. The condo was damp our entire stay because it was so humid and the AC did little to help. Any clothing, swimsuits or towels that were wet, stayed wet because of the humidity in the room. The room wasn't very clean or didn't appear clean because of the damage to the base boards, and bottom of doors because of the wetness. Things are in disrepair and could be fixed and/or updated. I'd post photos if I was able to, but I don't have that option. FYI, the photos of the property on this page are actually photos of several properties. I've stayed at several beach condos in the past and haven't had an experience like this before. This particular unit was very disappointing for our family.

PLEASE READ THIS

If I could leave zero stars I would for these main reasons. 1.The room was filthy and in bad disrepair. It stinks terribly so that candles and spray will not help. I believe it to be mold under the floor. From all the water condensation that builds up leaving pools of water on the floors everyday. Which is what causes the flooring to split apart like it is. I honestly worry about peoples health staying in this room as is. I took a white rag and wiped 1 baseboard in the bathroom and the rag was black with lint, dust and HAIR! Floors, fridge and counters had not only sand, but food crumbs from previous person. 2.The onwer seems at first to respond well and be nice. She is not. She is rude and a liar. Upon looking back at reviews again she has been stating that she is "working on getting repairs" done for multiple things for at the MINIMUM of a year. She knows the room needs repairs, will not fix them. She knows the cleaning lady has not done a good job in years, and her only solution is to have a stranger come in your room with all your things and "clean" it when she didn't even do a good job the first time. This is not a one time "I accidentally missed something" problem, which is understandable, this is years of neglect. I looked back to 2021 and found a review which stated all the problems that we were currently (in 2022) dealing with and she responded to it hatefully and said it was not true. It Was! She does not care about peoples quality of stay. I was looking forward greatly to a stress free weekend that was much needed. Her response after me sharing the problems, is that I "expect to much" to pay money for a clean well maintained room upon arrival. And her fix would have been to "refund" my money the first day. (That she didn't offer when we called the first day) Which would force me to find a new place to stay after 5 pm on a Thursday, after driving 8.5 hours paying goodness knows how much extra.

My wife and I were unfortunately very disappointed with this experience. From the moment we arrived this became somewhat of a nightmare, the manager was supposed to send us the check-in instructions, but they never arrived, I had to make three phone calls to get the information. When we finally got in and walked into the room, it was clear that maintenance, attention to detail, communication, follow-up/through were obviously not top priorities. First, we noticed pictures of the actual furnishings did not match those on the website (couch). The security lock on the door had been broken and never fixed, a cover on the one of the electrical outlets had been removed and not replaced, several of the kitchen cabinet doors were severely mis-aligned, and a large piece of plywood was leaning against the balcony door/window. Later, when we tried to shower, we had to call the property manager again to get directions, as the shower controls are very unusual. The next morning, when we tried to use the microwave, we found it wasn’t working and when we called to report it, we found out it apparently hadn’t been for some time. For the price I paid, I expected a much higher standard of comfort and service. No reimbursement for these issues was ever offered. Unfortunately, this stay fell well below expectations. I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this unit to others.

The place was great. Nice location for us. Within walking distance to boardwalk. It could use a few tweaks, cabinet door was loose and one of the racks in the fridge was broken but it didn’t affect our stay at all. It suited our needs just fine. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great vacation spot

Let me start by saying our host was amazing !! My 2 teens (one girl one boy) and I stayed for a week vacation. The setup of this place was PERFECT for us. The separate bedroom and door on the living area made it seem like we had joining rooms which was great for privacy when we needed it. The location was great and the views were amazing ! All the other guests were super nice and friendly. I felt safe letting my teens go down to the pool area and the beach by themselves. We plan on making this our yearly vacation spot. I highly recommend. Thank you Susan, it was a pleasure staying at your place, I appreciate having such a wonderful host We’re already looking forward to next year !!

Great location but poor cleanliness

The location is great, short walk to the boardwalk. Great view from the 16th floor. The owner Susan was very responsive when we contacted her about the shower curtain missing. Unfortunately, the overall accommodations were disappointing. The dinette chairs were very dirty, the bathroom sink leaked very badly. There was a 4-inch hole in a wall. The laminate flooring was in very poor condition. If you review some of the previous reviews that were negative you will find similar issues. Some of the furnishings have changed since the pictures were taken (such as the couch). I understand things have to be replaced from time to time but updating pictures should not be that difficult.

Photos are not accurate

The couch is not leather (it is cloth). The bedding is not as shown. Different sheets and blankets. At least one photo is a different unit. Parking passes were not in unit when arrived. We were worried about being towed or ticketed so we ran errands until the passes were delivered later that afternoon. The cabinet doors in kitchen were wobbly and broken, toilet seat was scratched up, bathroom faucet was leaking, dishwasher did not work (owner had it repaired on day 4 of our stay.

Awful! Not clean! Never again!

.Too many broken things in room- curtains fell off if you touch them, door bolt wouldn’t lock. Had to get a locksmith to replace it. Half of a roll of TP for a week. No dish soap- it was empty and someone else tried to add water to make it last longer. But there wasn’t anything left!!! Dishes, silverware etc never cleaned. The blankets and sheets didn’t seem like they were cleaned. No stains (thank God!) but didn’t feel clean. Felt like they just made the bed after the previous guests left. Just gross!

Spectacular

This was my first time using Vrbo and it was amazing! The owners was easy to communicate with and answered questions immediately! Also the room was as described and had amazing ocean views. The hotel had a great location with short walk or short drive to most locations we visited! Definitely would stay here again and highly recommend!
