Another My SouthernComfort Executive condo in New Orleans. We are perfect for business travelers attending conferences as we are very close to Convention center, Civic Theater and SuperDome. We are also ideal for vacation renters looking to be apart of our beautiful city for a couple days. We are close to all of New Orleans attractions: War War 2 Museum, French Quarter, and upscale nightlife. Restaurants and grocery stores right outside the door, and parking all around the neighborhood. We are steps from the train station and nice Cafe And Bikes Coffee shop. Our space is modern with all of the comforts of home. The condo is always squeaky clean with fresh sanitized linens.

Absolutely gorgeous condo!
Pictures do not do it justice. Condo is much bigger then it appears. Makeup towels and toiletries provided. We were very happy with the location. The bistro next door has delicious food. Starbucks 4 blocks down and grocery store across the street. 15min to Bourbon street. Location is safe and clean! Will definitely stay here again for our next Nola stay.

The bedrooms were great for sleeping in. They get so dark we didn’t even know what time it was. We enjoyed everything NOLA had to offer and still went home well rested.

NYE weekend in N.O.
The property was just as nice as the pictures. Modern and clean. The location was central and and walkable to city highlights. Beds were also comfortable. I was however disappointed with the inconsistency of responsiveness/response time from the owner initially & during our stay. I reached out after booking (mid-November & December 7th) regarding early check in & additional parking options as I was trying to determine in advance whether we truly wanted to rent a car. I received a response Dec. 22nd. For anyone inquiring for future reference, early-check-in can be $75-$100 and the nearest parking garage is $30 a day with about a 4 minute walk back to the property. There were small matters while there such as ants. I called and texted regarding this in the am and received a response the next day regarding repellent being under the sink. There was not any repellent, thus we went out and purchased our own. The ice-maker also stopped working. We informed them but found it simpler to just go out & buy a bag of ice. I am just relieved that we didn't have any major issues. All in all, our stay was good. I appreciate open/honest reviews when I make decisions such as where to stay so I like to provide the same.

All Around Amazing Stay
I echo the previous reviews that this stay was amazing. The place was gorgeous and comfortable. Everything was hotel quality, super clean, and well decorated. The common area was spacious and fun for our group to hang out in. And the beds were comfortable. Even the entrance to the building was nicely decorated and inviting. Much needed solace from the exciting New Orleans streets! We would’ve been content just hanging out in the apartment the entire time. Yet everything is so close to this location. My group walked the entire time. There’s a lot of places to eat and the neighborhood was peaceful and cute. It is the perfect distance from the French quarter so the nights are quiet. Lastly, communication was smooth. Tyrone and his team are just a phone call away and we’re easily able to help anytime I called. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this stay!

We were very impressed on arrival, especially seeing we were a block away from Maypop, one of our reservations for the weekend. Lost cable and WiFi for a day and a morning but that’s on Cox not My Southern Comfort, overall would not hesitate to stay again.

Fantastic property
Please do not hesitate to book this property. The images do not do this place justice. It is located in the Central Business District of New Orleans, and is walking distance from everything. We parked the car on the day of our arrival, and did not move it until the day we left. The property was extremely clean and modern. If you want a taste of downtown/ city living, this will do it for you. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, and have no doubt I will be staying here every time I stay in NOLA. Thanks! This property was exactly as portrayed in website, but the overall comfort was even greater than expected. It truly was a first class experience. The location was ideal with many wonderful restaurants within a block of walking. The market on the corner was fabulous! I will definitely stay here again!

Great condo in a great location.
Overall, we really enjoyed the condo. It is well equipped and well located. The beds are very comfortable. We had a problem with the wifi for the first week of our stay and it really should have been fixed sooner than that. Tyrone was great while we were there but could have been more responsive leading up to our trip. Would recommend this condo and Southern Comfort for your vacation rental needs in New Orleans.

We loved the condo. It was a great place for 2 couples to spend a few days in NOLA. Tyrone was helpful and responsive to any issues brought to his attention. Two things kept me from giving 5 stars. Construction noise starts early next door. We were awakened at 6:00 in the morning during the week and 8:00 on the weekend. Also, the condo is further from the French Quarter than indicated on the VRBO map.

Awesome property in a quiet locale
Great place that is well furnished. You’ll find everything you need at this location. Only drawbacks are no view, and no windows in bedrooms. That’s shown in the photos though. There’s a food and a drug store half a block away.
