This two-bedroom, two-bathroom getaway instantly charms guests with its gorgeous updates, tasteful interior, and ambiance conducive to relaxation. Soothing teal tones and sandy neutral hues are the first to greet your eyes as you walk into this second-floor property. The condo is beautifully updated with dark wood flooring, high-end furnishings, and a view that overlooks the pool, grounds, and ocean. The kitchen, dining, and living room seamlessly flow together and give the area an open feel.

Before you slip into your swimsuit and flip-flops, take a moment to unwind in your new home-away-from-home. You'll find a light, updated kitchen awaiting you and the groceries you brought. This space has an effortlessly luxurious feel to it as it's composed of white cabinetry, appliances, and eye-catching granite countertops. While New Smyrna Beach has great cafes and restaurants, you'll find your favorite breakfast spot to be here. Brew coffee in the drip coffee maker, heat toast in the conventional oven, and prep a delicious meal at the kitchen's large counter overhang.

When you're ready to sit down and enjoy, you'll find a large shabby-chic table in the dining room. The table is lined with four chairs and a bench that comfortably seats five. Should you wish to make it a less formal meal, two bar stool chairs line the overhang for quick bites before the beach!

After a day of biking on the shore and building sandcastles with the kids, you'll find the living room the perfect place for an afternoon nap. The living area holds plenty of comfortable seating from a cozy couch to a leather recliner to two cushioned wicker chairs. In addition to ample seating, this room features a 55" Smart TV equipped with a DVD player and cable as well as décor that whispers of a designer's touch.

In the evenings when the skies are brilliant with Florida's sunset colors, enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony. The balcony is furnished with two chairs and a high-top table that looks onto the well-manicured grounds, pool, sundeck, and Atlantic Ocean in the near distance. From the warm weather to the salty breeze, you'll find yourself slipping out here often!

The primary suite continues the condo's playful, beachy vibe with its cheery bedding on the king bed and cute accents. Once you're cozy amongst the king's pillows, watch a late-night movie on the 22" flat-screen TV as you drift asleep. Adjoining the bedroom is the primary bathroom which has a granite counter vanity, textured subway-tile backsplash in the walk-in shower, and plenty of soft bath towels.

As you enjoy the luxuries of the primary, the others in your family will love their stay in the coastal second bedroom. Guests are accommodated with two twin beds, an accent chair, a closet, and a twin air mattress for additional bedding. The nearby bathroom has a standard bathtub with a moveable showerhead, a custom mirror, and bath linens for everyone.

Exceeds expectations

We have stayed multiple times at Colony Beach Club. Love the property. We come to NSB 4-5 times a year. Highly maintained and clean. The condo has been completely remodeled top to bottom. All new furniture through out. Highly recommend.
