What an amazing hotel! Very friendly staff and the 24 hour lounge with books, drinks and snacks is a treasure. We a small issue with our TV not workings they sent someone right up to check it out and then quickly moved us to another room! Definitely returning here for our next NYC stay!

We love The Library Hotel. Excellent service, friendly staff. Beautiful hotel. We were greeted with wine! So thoughtful, so wonderful.
One difficulty - hard for old eyes is how dark the room is. Just a little more light. Nonetheless, we keep coming back to The Library Hotel.

Staff were excellent. Rooftop bar was nice. 2nd floor coffee and tea 24 hour service in lounge was nice with Snacks of some fruit and nut bars. Bed comfortable. Room very small. No where to sit so the 2nd floor lounge is a good option. Hotel could use some updating. Very convenient to theaters.

Charming boutique Hotel in a good location. The only challenge was there was no AC because the heat was on it was warm. We had to open our windows and thus noisy other than that. It was a great place to stay.

I loved my stay. Staff were nice and accommodating. Access to the second floor with seating, snacks and books was a really nice amenity. It was mostly quiet even while some construction is going on during the day. Get midtown location as well, very close to Bryant park and grand central and not too far from theaters and Times Square. Would definitely stay again when back in NYC.

Very unique, wonderful location for my trip plans, and excellent, courteous staff. There's a great restaurant on site and a rooftop bar as well.

We liked the library concept with all the books, the open lounge with coffee, tea and snacks as great- my husband would haves like half and half of the coffee but did fine without it. The staff was pleasant, helpful and professional
