Very nice clean hotel .

This Hyatt is a great addition to the Newark downtown area. Clean, modern and in a good easy to get to area and very walkable portion of downtown.

The room was beautiful and clean.

Nice Place

Quick visit to see our Blue Hen. The property is behind her dorm, so that’s great. The property was clean, our room felt clean, the staff was lovely, breakfast was good, our room was very quiet at night, the bed was comfortable. We will absolutely be staying again.

Very clean, quick check in process, access to streaming services from tv, friendly staff.

we were happy coz we got exactly what we were expecting....

The staff was phenomenal, any questions I had were answered immediately, The grounds were super clean and nice. Breakfast was out of this world, I couldn’t ask for a better place to stay and will be recommending it to all my family and friends.

Property was nice but the Red Roof inn next door had unsavory characters walking around. Did not feel safe for my teenage daughters

My husband and I were traveling with my 91 yr-old mother, and then my son joined us at this Staybridge in Delaware. I booked a 2-bedroom suite with living room and kitchen. It worked out perfectly in so many ways. Very sound proof. We all got up and went to breakfast at different times without disturbing the others. Breakfast offering was the best I've had at any hotel, when traveling. Enjoyed having all the amenities of home. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay, friendly staff would definitely recommend it

I stayed here for 5 days oh my gosh I loved my room and I do plan on staying here everytime in the same room I felt like I was at home staff was very nice congratulations to SONESTA ES SUITS the best I recommend you stay here

The gentleman who checked us in, I believe his name is Willie, was absolutely amazing. accommodated my family with everything we asked for or help with. Never an attitude l, very polite and helpful. Thank you Willie

My stay was excellent

This hotel was very dirty...The beds, curtains, walls, and floors had alot of nasty stains...the window curtains was falling apart...The shower and tub was so dirty i had to use shower shoes...it is suppose to be non smoking but the entire hotel smelled like both cigarettes and Marijuana smell....even the racks in the bathroom was broken....this hotel really need a lot of reconstruction...but i guess u get what you pay for.

The stay was amazing. What I did not like is you have to pay for parking. Now they have you paying an incidental fee. I don’t think we should have to pay for parking when we are already paying a high fee to stay there.
