"Hampton Inn was in a quieter area outside the city of Cleveland. We found the room and hotel very sufficient for a weekend trip- overall everything was clean and the staff friendly."

"Even though there was a charge I was so happy to be able to check in early around noon which was excellent and easy. I had an early morning flight both ways so absolutely no sleep. So I needed a midday nap. The early check in allowed me to drive safely after that. The room was great with all the basics needed like fridge convenient charging outlets loads of channels on the tv and a walk in shower. Staff were friendly and parking very easy and the great addition of having Goodys across the street for a bumper brunch hit the spot. "

The other employees were just as nice. We have been to quite a few hotels and this was one of the better ones as far as customer service and cleanliness!"
