Unfortunately for me, the equipment in the fitness center did not work. following the directions on the control panel of the treadmills resulted in no action. That sucked. I stayed in room 108\. The bed mattress was too soft and I found it difficult to sleep and got up with a sore back each morning. The staff was very good. Cynthia was very helpful getting one problem corrected.”

My husband didn't care for the pre-made waffles, as he prefers fresh ones. Pool and hot tub were down, but we were given the option of canceling our reservation on check-in. Overall suite was very well appointed with desk, pull out couch, stainless steel full size fridge and dishwasher. Bed was comfortable. Service was perfect. ”
