“Great space. Beautiful views. Communication with manager not great for check in. They didnt provide garage codes to get in. We were checking in when it was dark. We walked up a steep hill with rocks not knowing how to access the front door. The only other way to access is through front door which is not accessible with a car. Delay getting in. Once they provided garage codes we were good. You will need to carry luggage up two flights of stairs or walk your luggage all the way around to the front...

“The property is lovely, clean and well stocked! Everything was easy about our stay, except for the stairs for these old bones. The apartment is walkable to all downtown shops and restaurants. We had a small dog with us and there were plenty of dog friendly areas. One downside is the number of homeless - sad, and some were sketchy. But this is not uncommon in city areas. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it!”

“So many good things to say about this property: 1. Host is gracious, attentive and communicative. He sincerely wants guests to enjoy and have everything they need. 2. Location is out of but convenient to the city. On the outside, it's like a neighborhood we would live in. 3. Inside the home is high-end, professionally decorated but not stuffy. “Loved the loft. It was a good location for us as we were in town for our daughter’s graduation. We were able to walk to almost everything. Many dining options in the area. The loft was clean and comfortable. We did not cook while staying there, but there were plenty of plates, glasses silverware etc. only issue was the noise outside. This may have been due to the fact that it was graduation week. One of the bars around the corner had very loud music and the celebrating went on well past 2am....

“Being right next to beautiful Norris Lake was a treat to wake up to. There are steps down to the dock and both floors have a balcony/patio. The kitchen is well equipped and the main bed is comfortable. We only slept in the one bed.”

Only thing that was a nuisance was the master bedroom smoke alarm battery started to beep at 8 pm so had to run down to the dock and buy a 9 Volt Battery and replace the smoke alarm battery ... all good after that.”

“If you are looking for a cool place in downtown Knoxville, this is a good option. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, etc. Really a cool condo with an excellent renovation. Two small items. First, the parking space is small and if you have a big car (like we do) be sure to coordinate it beforehand to avoid issues. Secondly, there are miles of closets in this apartment, but only a few old wire hangers. Time to add some.”

“My sister and I came to Knoxville for the first time to see a concert at the UT and were so delighted that we chose this great rental. The location was perfect because we enjoy walking around to explore and it was close to many shops, restaurants and entertainment venues. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen and rest of the place - modern. Blake was very easy to reach and made sure our stay was fully enjoyed. Highly recommend.”

“This place is a hidden gem. Tucked away but very convenient to downtown and campus. Very spacious apartment and well stocked and kept. We loved that it had 2 king beds as opposed to queens. Precious courtyard area is an added bonus!”
