“The staff was so helpful. We were going to arrive late and they made sure our guests were able to get a key and into the room. Housekeeping gave us extra towels!”

“Overall, we had a great experience! Our room was very clean, and you could tell it had some newer, updated features, which made it very nice and comfortable. The view was absolutely stunning—we could see both the inlet and the ocean. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. The only suggestions I would have are to have more carts available for the tower closer to the inlet, as most of the carts seemed to be located at the main tower near the lobby. “So I liked the house. But the tv in the living room worked intermittently and the repairman brought one … not new that would go dark every so often where you could not see what was going on. They had to replace the entire light fixture in the kitchen and a few light bulbs on days 1 and 2. TV on day 4. Their shuttle service goes thru the ck in people in the office. They dropped us off at a restaurant and we were left to figure out how to get back. A flat on 1 Shuttle , they said they couldn’t……

“Villa rooms were very dated and not very clean. Resort double booked me and was not helpful at all in resolving the problem. Two different guests who checked in before us also had problems with their reservations. We were locked out of our rooms after one trip to the car with our luggage even though it was two hours before check out time. We had to find a housekeeper to open the door to retrieve the rest of our luggage. We were told the staff must have entered the lock out time incorrectly.”

“We stayed for a week. Overall was very nice and clean but housekeeping didn't clean the floor as there was still sand on our floor from coming back from the beach multiple days”

“Clean and well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, towels and linen. Outside areas were clean and well cared for. This was our 4th time staying at peppertree and I haven't been disappointed either time. I love the ocean view from the condo and I love the fact that it's right on the beach. It's also very convenient to everything. The patios are a little small and the upstairs air conditioner was dripping down on ours but not a big deal. We just love Pepper Tree by the Sea. Hope to stay there……
