“We had a wonderful stay ! It began with check in- we were able to be let into our room early as we had arrived early and were hoping to be able to get changed to go down and use the pool with our two year old. Eric at front reception also had heard it was my daughters 2nd birthday celebration and he sent up a little treat to the room for her. We also ate breakfast on site and had Nicholas as a server - he was fantastic, very very sweet! We had a wonderful experience and stay!”

“I really hate to write this review because I stayed here several times before and had quite a different experience. Stayed in room 4430b, a 2 bedroom villa where we didn’t sit on the couch because it smelled like urine. I alerted the front desk and was told they would have someone steam the couch but no accommodations were made for our stay. The carpet also needs to be cleaned. I had to ho to CVS for a cortisone cream due to a rash that appeared on my leg. I would also recommend dish……

“Hotel was really nice but people were lined up to save pool chairs 1 hour before they even opened which was annoying. Cabanas were 250 and they weren’t willing to give us a deal if we bought more than 1 day so we never used it. Not enough umbrellas for the pool area. Breakfast was good and they had some gluten free things which was nice. They have 2 free drinks in the evening but very limited to what to get- not complaining though free is free”

“There was a LOT of things that were broken and unclean. The grill literally had food still on it. The patio was full of flies and beer bottle caps, you can tell no one comes out to clean that. The downstairs was full of flies and mosquitoes we literally had to buy bug spray just to sit down stairs, and the dishes were still dirty. The king bed sheets were stained, the closet door was broken and is a safety hazard for small kids. The place needs a good deep cleaning but I’m sure they try to flip……
