“Cozy accommodation..comfortable beds, numerous tvs, lots of extras”

“The good from the stay is we received a full refund from VRBO/Property Management within 3 days of our cancelling the property. Upon arrival we found the entire property very dirty, towels were in the stand up shower on the floor dirty & wet. The 2 beds were not worthy of new guests with sheets, blankets & pillows appearing as if someone had slept in beds with no preparation for new arrivals. The sponge utilized to clean the plates & utensils was very old & dirty, not to mention the plates &……

“Have stayed here twice. Very convenient to the college, easy check-in. Both times we were here, there was a blizzard, but the host helped dig our car out and kept the property clean and passable. Would stay again. ”

“We stayed for two nights, and the apartment is decorated beautifully. The beds are very comfortable, and the hot water and water pressure are great. The stairs are a bit narrow, but we didn’t have any trouble with them.The only issue we ran into was entering the apartment. It seems a new digital key lock was recently installed, but the information provided (including the videos) hadn’t been updated, so we weren’t given the code. “Was a perfect spot for salem exploration everything was a 15 minute walk away! House was in great condition and decorations were perfect.”

“Amenities were lacking in many ways…lacked suitable pans for cooking and basics like salt and pepper. Bedrooms were cold due to drafts around windows with air conditioners and a drafty door. No extra blankets or quilts. Sliding shower door not on tracks properly. When dishwasher was turned on it started leaking soap.”

“Location was perfect and the apt. Was very clean and was great for myself, my daughter, and her 3 kids. We did have numerous power outages which came back on immediately. Hot water was in short supply in mornings for showers. However, these few inconveniences were of little concern. Thank you for a wonderful stay in a beautiful town!”
