We could pretty much walk to anywhere for food, drinks, coffee, supplies etc. and even if we had to drive somewhere for something it was very close. "The Vrbo is exactly as it looks on the listing. It's clean and the beds are comfortable and the shower is lovely. It was the perfect location for us going to graduation festivities at Regis. When we needed to contact the host, he answered right away and was really friendly and receptive. The only suggestions I have are very minor. It would be nice to have at least one more mirror in the house. Also some more glassware or some wine glasses would be nice. All in all a very nice place."

"We rented this property for out of town guests who were visiting for a family memorial service. It worked very well to have a 'home base' where family members could stay together, and also share meals and catch up. It was like a small reunion for elderly cousins! No complaints about it at all. It was clean, large, and worked nicely with a large group. The only thing I recommended to the property manager is that the outside lighting is very dim at night. There are steep stairs to the front door...

"Property is nice and secure. Checkin process is simple. Bedding was comfortable and it has a nice kitchen. We did not have internet for most of the day/evening Friday 4/26) requiring my friend and I to go to WeWork to work/be productive. The setup of the TV is confusing (required us to reconnect to the Wifi connection each time we turned it on; no instructions on it that we could find either). When I called the property mgmt about the Wifi, it was answered promptly, I was given an alternative...

"Excellent home base to explore Denver, especially for baseball (Rockies). The area is very nice and walkable. Absolutely no complaints for Sentral Union Station at all, fantastic property, highly recommend this place!"

"First time staying at a Kasa property. Very pleased with the cleanliness and condition of the unit. Would stay here again if back in the area. Although it didn’t matter to us because of the weather, we received notice that the pool was under repair on the day we arrived. It was clear the repairs were well underway and had not started that day. I would suggest notifying guests well in advance in case this feature is important to them, and they may want to change their plans. "
