The elevator was not announced in the advertisement except for the day of check-in. We were told the elevator sometime worked. Sometimes doesn't that was accurate. We had 2 luggage 2. Carry on bags, 2 dogs, a carriage and had to walk 8 floors up. It should be announced in the advertisement that has a sometimes elevator it's important for someone that may have trouble……
