Amazing home and owners.
We just got home from Florida and we’re already planning our next stay. Stacie & Kent’s home was perfect. The entire house was clean and neat inside and out. My kids thoroughly enjoyed everything. The pool, the game room, the space. Stacie and Kent were incredibly responsive and helpful during our stay. We couldn’t figure out the grill. Stacie quickly provided step by step instructions and when that didn’t work, she had someone stop by to help. Our kids did not want to leave. ;) Amazing house, amazing hospitality - just perfect.

Perfect Home!
We stayed for a week at this property. We have stayed in Champions Gate 6-7 times now. This was the best one yet! The house was beautiful, well equipped, well decorated, and everything worked. Our host was attentive, and was able to help with anything I needed or requested. You cannot go wrong renting this house! Highly recommend!

We had the best time here! Our family of 15 was very comfortable and felt right at home. We had 7 adults and 8 kids between the ages of 4-15 and we all enjoyed our stay here. The kids especially liked the pool and theatre room. We appreciated the strollers available to use in the storage closet. The kitchen was well-stocked and had the necessary equipment to cook large meals for the whole group. We loved the house and would stay there again!

Perfect for our group getaway!
We had an amazing time! Our group of 9 adults and 2 children (ages 6 & 9) thoroughly enjoyed our time in this home. The theatre room, pool and game room were huge hits with the kids, and the adults took advantage of the outdoor seating which allowed for our relaxation while being able to supervise the kids swimming. The gated community was beautiful and the Oasis club was such a great added bonus to our stay! We could have taken an additional day just hanging out there enjoying the lazy river!

Multigenerational Family Disney Holiday
Overall we would definitely recommend the property. It was perfect for our family of 14. Lots is space. We did a lot of our own cooking and kitchen had everything we needed to make gourmet meals. Location was ideal to get to Disney and Universal Parks. Lots of grocery and shopping store very close. Oasis club walking distance. We rented cars. Did not use Uber. Minor issues with 2 games in game room. Air hockey fan does not move the puck. Stars wars game did not work. Lots of other options though. We ran into challenges w 2 of our group’s names not on the entry gate listing which is huge inconvenience at check in. Also the line up at the entry gate can be very long. Host responded very quickly, but still added an hour to check in. Because we had a toddler and crawler we discovered under beds, corners etc could use a good cleaning/vacuuming. Barbeque very dirty. TV’s everywhere, which is wonderful. We didn’t make much use of the theatre room as too busy visiting with family. There was a Christmas Tree set up in the family room when we arrived. Everyone excited about that! Pool & Hot tub perfect! Baby paraphernalia on site for us. Thanks for making our holiday wonderful!

Amazing vacation house
This house was beautiful decorated and clean. For family of 17 this house had all comfortable king beds for all the adults which was a plus. House looks just like the pictures. The kids really enjoyed the game room and the pool. Adults enjoyed the hot tub and theater room. The kids never got bored. It had everything we needed to make our stay fabulous. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family. We would love to rent this house again. There were a few things that needed to be fixed and the owners came the next day to fix them. They were always available to answer all of our questions.

Wonderful Place to stay!!
This is the second time we've stayed here, we loved it this time as much as the last. It has a great layout with lots of things to do for the kids. We had a great time! Communication with the owner was great with very prompt response when we needed. We just love this place and will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great Home & Location
Place was everything we needed having a family of 4 kids and 2 adults. Kids loved the pool/ hot tub and all the gaming options. Close walk to one of 2 outdoor pool areas and great location with many options of food close by. Property manager was very quick with responses and overall we are very pleased with our stay and highly recommend for larger families to give yourself some space from everyone during these long stays

Booking and check in were very easy and painless, we went with a family of 16 with 8 kids ages from 1 to 10 and 8 adults, the house had plenty of room for all of us, the game room was great for the older kids and they had plenty of other games for the whole family, if going in the winter i would recommend heating the pool its a little cool after dark. We did have an issue with the upstairs hvac not working, and the owner Stacie was in top of it and got it fixed right away, Stacie was the best,she responded to all question we had from bookibg to checkout. We usually stay in a hotel but after the experience we had with everyone this is the only way to go now. I would give this a house an A+. I just say how much we enjoyed our stay and the reception the owners gave us. GREAT JOB STACIE

We had a wonderful time on the property! There was something for everyone! The littles enjoyed the pool and game room and keep asking to go back. It was a close drive to all of the parks and very accessible to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Everyone loved the themed rooms, there was plenty of room, and we’ve already rebooked! We are so excited!

This house was amazing! It had something for everyone and we were all disappointed that we were too busy to enjoy it more. Its a must if you have teens! The negative we experienced was the property management doesn't provide a lot of necessities like TP, paper towels, trashbags, etc. It would have been helpful to know that ahead of time so we could bring those items. They also don't advertise that there is a fee if you want the hot tub and pool heated. Even with these, I would definitely stay there again!

The villa is lovely and the themed rooms were a hit. The cinema room worked well and the games room provided the children with a place to hang out when they got too hot outside. Extended Family Vacation
We stayed here with my family and my daughter’s future in-laws. Large group with various ages for over a week. There was plenty of space for everyone and it was very clean. It also had good sound control. The teens were having fun in the game room and pool but the littles slept right through it all upstairs. The kitchen was also well stocked. We had the best time! It did have some wear and tear but it was still very nice and I think unreasonable to think it would all look new. The decor was fun and we enjoyed all the “hidden” surprises. There is a Mickey on the baseboard behind a bathroom door. Fun!!

Overall, the property was great. It wasn't quite as advertised though. The Pac-Man game was broken and didn't work. The spa wouldn't work correctly nor would the theater room nor the air hockey table. (We weren't able to watch a single movie in it.) They were able to fix the spa relatively quickly but we still lost almost 2 full days of not being able to use it. The owners were quick to respond with questions when asked.

What an amazing experience!!
We are a family of 10 adults and 9 children. The oldest child is 8 years of age. No exaggeration, the house met our needs perfectly. The open concept kitchen (very well equipped), living room and dining area allowed for plenty of space and we never felt like we were tripping over one another. The large dining room table allowed for many memorable family meals. Sleeping accommodations were comfortable and plentiful and the spacious upstairs provided a relaxing place for the children to play when they took a break from the pool. What a treat it was to have a movie theatre movie where tired children could occasionally chill out before bedtime. The pool deck was spacious with plenty of deck chairs and lounges. The bathroom with pool deck access was a necessity with a bunch of young children. The pool and hot tub kept everyone occupied for hours and the pool basketball net was a huge hit with all ages. The house was a 5 minute walk to the Oasis club which is a real plus. Lastly, we didn’t have a lot of requirements for her services, but Stacie and her property management team were awesome when it came to meeting our needs or answering questions. We will definitely be returning.

We stayed at this property over spring break. We had a few hiccups with the air but the owner responded quickly and got someone out ASAP to fix it. Only issue is the Doorwall being so heavy and difficult to open. It was left cracked a few times because my parents who are in their 80’s couldn’t get it shut. Other than that no issues. Pool was clean and owner was very helpful in helping with instructions for games and also theatre room. The house is beautiful as well as the resort area. We rented cabanas and it was totally worth the money. We would absolutely stay at this property again as there is nothing negative to say about it.

Exactly as shown with amazing service!
We stayed for 12 days with a group of 16 people, with ages ranging from 5 to 73. We had plenty of space and the kids absolutely loved the theatre room and game room, not to mention the themed bedrooms. We were disappointed to not have more time to just enjoy the house as we had park tickets most days. Everything was as shown and the few issues or questions we asked got answered in record time. There were a few tiny little issues like the air hockey machine didn’t have air, the coffee machine only made 2-3 cups at a time, and we only had 2 wine glasses and 3 mugs, but these were such minor issues to us that we didn’t even bother contacting them - they would have probably addressed these if we had seeing as they were so accommodating. We paid for the pool heat and it was fantastic. Garbage pickup every day, and able to park 3 cars in the driveway. Overall, a great place! That being said, despite being geographically close, the traffic between Davenport and the parks was pretty awful. We spent 45mins to an hour getting there every morning, and the same getting back in the afternoon or evening. This is obviously not an issue with the house whatsoever - we were just surprised at how bad the traffic has gotten as some of us had stayed in Davenport before and it was much easier to get to the parks from there before.
