Great location & property

As advertised. Very clean & comfortable. Convenient to the Disney parks, Sea world, Universal, etc. Perfect for two small families for a week. I ranked the neighborhood 3 stars only because there are a lot of cars on the street, so driving can be challenging. Parking is limited to one car in the driveway (thus the street parking). Be prepared to bring cleaning supplies (dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, etc. - not a criticism, just an observation). The in-house washer & dryer was quite convenient. Pool was fun, but smaller than the picture made it appear, at least to me. Check-in information isn’t available until check-in time so internet access/smart phone at the time was a must. Instructions for the tv remotes/cable/streaming and the light switches/lamps would be helpful. Overall enjoyed our stay!m & would definitely return!

Excellent place to stay for a family Disney trip!

Great experience with this place. Plenty of beds, bathrooms and cleanliness. We had a great family Disney trip. I would definitely would recommend this place!

Just like home!

Close to the parks and shopping. It was very well stocked and the beds were amazing. Pool was small but no big deal since we were there for the parks and comfort of the house.

Voltamos para conhecer a atração nova do animal kingdom: AVATAR!!! Super legal com duas atrações! Como a casa fica há poucos minutos da casa voltamos para um breve descanso e voltamos à noite para o parque. O Animal Kingdom agora conta com um show noturno muito divertido para toda a família. A casa continua linda e muito bem cuidada. Parabéns a equipe do Roberto !

Bem localizada, casa limpa, toalhas disponíveis. Enviam 1 semana antes as orientações do condomínio com as senhas necessárias . Houve problema em uma noite no ar condicionado resolvido já pela manhã. Quartos espaçosos, 3 dos 4 banheiros com chuveiro quente e banheira.

Hard uncomfortable beds, filthy carpet, poorly equipped kitchen, walls need painting.

Misinformation given as far as check-in code for correct location so we walked in on other guests!

Great place for family and friends!

There is nothing like staying at a home away from home. Everything that we needed was here. For adults and the kids. All amenities were available to us. Clean home and beautiful decor. I will come back here for sure.

Perfect for our family

Beautiful condo. We spent two nights here for a visit to Universal. The property is stylishly decorated and spotlessly clean. The only change I would suggest would be to equip the kitchen with larger pots and pans and a colander. Otherwise our stay was great and we'd come here the next time we plan to visit the Orlando area.

Truly a home away from home!

I would highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone who is looking to get away, but still enjoy all the comforts of "home". To me "home" is a safe, comfortable place that is inviting, relaxing and warm. This totally fit the bill. The home is spacious, well kept, clean and stocked with all the major appliances and accessories you need. The owner was attentive and polite as we had a little hick-up getting in that was resolved within minutes. The TV in the 2nd King bedroom does need repair, but that's no big deal as there are TV's all throughout the townhouse. Other than that everything was perfect! Awesome location - just minutes from Wal-Mart, an outlet mall, theme parks, etc. Everything you need to feel right at home! And at a great price!!!

Perfect !

This was the first time we stayed in a house, and we really liked it very much ! it worth every dollar spent, and by the way, very few in comparison with what we would have spent in a Hotel. Very confortable house, new, clean Easy to get in and out, without all those long walks in a classic hotel and its parking fees..... you have many options nearby in terms of restaurants and shopping we certainly come back again in a near future. We recommend this house for familys with kids, but even alone I´ll probably would have stayed there

Beautiful home!

Really nice home and well stock with all you need. Beautiful community and very well decorated, you feel you are in a 5 star hotel. Has everything you need - but remember to bring garbage bags, dish washing soap, laundry soap - things you don't necessarily thing of. The downside - the gates were left open during the day, so not necessarily a private community. The pool was nice. I was totally surprised that their is no work out/fitness facility! We were there for 9 nights - this was really frustrating! Suggestion- the garage is a kids playroom - throw a treadmill or elliptical in there with a tv - it would be awesome! Overall - I would definitely come back there even with my suggested fixes. Very enjoyable, smooth stay.

Delighted!!

So happy we had the opportunity to stay in this beautiful townhouse. The location is so convenient to the airport and Disney World Resort. Much more impressive than the pictures. Nice quiet area. Would stay again in a heart beat!!

Beautiful Home - 2 king size beds

For our trip we had 2 families consisting of 2 teenage boys, 1 single adult and 2 couples for 7 people total. We loved this townhome. It was beautiful, comfortable and large enough for us to be able to relax in our own spaces after busy days at the park. The 2 king size beds were exactly what we wanted and the kitchen had every thing needed. We were about 15 -25 min away from the Disney parks. The pictures of the property were accurate representations of what we experienced. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing that was a little bit of a concern was that we were asked to get a load of wash started before we left but there was no laundry detergent in the house to be able to start it with. We had to venture out to Walmart to buy the detergent to fulfill the exit checklist request. It would have been helpful if a bottle of detergent was left in the house. Other than that, we had a perfect trip and this was the perfect place to fit both of our families.
