We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa. First thing u need to know is the 3rd bedroom downstairs has a single bed. This threw things out for us as our youngest didn't want to sleep downstairs on her own, so our giant teenager had to have a single bed while the younger child had a double bed all to themselves. Knowing the layout would have changed my decision. The downstairs of the villa was freezing, the air con wasn't working properly. How a property doesn't have proper heating in the NZ winter is beyond me. We asked for it to be fixed, they brought over some small heaters. That warmed it up, housekeeping them took them away the following day. Housekeeping was so hit and miss. Some days they replaced a couple of towels, others all, other just took out the rubbish etc. Kitchen not properly stocked made it hard to cook. Villa 53 car park is not in front of the unit. Such a bizarre set up.

Good view of lake. Comfortable.

早餐一般，外面有其他更好。客房比我们3年前残旧需要翻新。但今次我们二楼受顶楼的声浪影响晚上睡眠不足所以扣分。

Excellent stay with warm host Jennifer. Friendly guests which we were able to interact in the common area. Pleasantly surprised by the whole experience.

住宿點選望湖景區觀景最佳。房間各項設備基本齊完，另有私人浴池，餐廳氛圍很好，環境整潔乾淨，有免費泊車。
