“Staff were excellent and a highlight of the stay. Room was very nice and had one issue with aircon and they upgraded me immediately. For what I required it was perfect. Staff went over and above to ensure I was happy.”

“I had issues booking this hotel via Expedia on Christmas Eve. Ended spending hours in the lobby having Expedia redo the booking on my behalf because my original booking did not show on Hennessy park hotel's system. Despite this rough start, the staff at Hennessy was empathetic and accommodating particularly Kath, who was assisting the entire time. So grateful for her being there! The rooms were clean and quite spacious. Hot consistent showers (hot water can sometimes be a problem in parts……

Our family loved our stay at the Mauritius Room in La Pointe so much that the kids simply didn’t want to leave.The apartment has everything you need to feel completely comfortable. “Mooi hotel met beperkt uitzicht op een stukje van de baai. De stoep voor het hotel licht wat scheef en de entree komt niet zo luxe over. De kamerdeuren en badkamerdeuren sluiten moeilijk vanwege klem zitten. Er wordt veel gedweild waardoor het hout uitzet. Gevolg: lawaai overlast. Ontbijtbuffet is prima maar wordt saai omdat er geen variatie was. Personeel is vriendelijk”
