“I had issues booking this hotel via Expedia on Christmas Eve. Ended spending hours in the lobby having Expedia redo the booking on my behalf because my original booking did not show on Hennessy park hotel's system.
Despite this rough start, the staff at Hennessy was empathetic and accommodating particularly Kath, who was assisting the entire time. So grateful for her being there!
The rooms were clean and quite spacious. Hot consistent showers (hot water can sometimes be a problem in parts……

“Mooi hotel met beperkt uitzicht op een stukje van de baai.
De stoep voor het hotel licht wat scheef en de entree komt niet zo luxe over.
De kamerdeuren en badkamerdeuren sluiten moeilijk vanwege klem zitten. Er wordt veel gedweild waardoor het hout uitzet. Gevolg: lawaai overlast.
Ontbijtbuffet is prima maar wordt saai omdat er geen variatie was. Personeel is vriendelijk”

“Fantastic Hotel and Food!
My wife stayed for one night. The hotel is fantastic especially the pool area, with a fantastic view. The beach is shallow so don't expect to swim a lot there (but the hotel pool will be better anyway). Plenghty of places to sit and relax.
Food was beyond expectation for both Dinner and Breakfast. For Lunch and else prices were relatively reasonable. I would definitively go back there. ”
