We stayed for three nights in our room was not cleaned once while we were there. Our bathtub bottom was wobbly, it was like standing on an exercise, balance cushion , and seemed very unsafe. Some of the staff were really nice, but one young woman at the check-in desk in particular was very standoffish and unwelcoming. Boat trip was awesome. Scenery was really nice. The woman who ran the boat trip was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant.

It smelled like roaches. The whole place. Although i only saw 1 dead one you could let they place was invested at some point. They didn't even try to have air freshener in the room or anything.

I enjoyed my stay here. The unit was kept very clean and the area was very quiet and calm. Lots of space and a great view. Staff was welcoming and very helpful. Will definitely be back to stay longer!

My husband and I stayed one night after a concert and would stay here again. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bed was not hard like it is at most hotels. Everything was very clean. We did have issues with the outlets next to the bed not working at let the staff know. Also the bathroom door would not stay shut. Breakfast was not bad. There were hard-boiled eggs, bagels, toast, waffles, oatmeal, and fruit. There is also a selection ofnhot teas for the tea drinkers. The Cafe had Breakfast sandwiches and specialty coffee drinks, but the breakfast sandwich was pretty small for $7.00, and was heated from frozen (it still had cold spots when we ate it). We would just stick with the free breakfast next time. Overall we enjoyed our stay!
