“The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?”

“I stayed here on my own so I could spend time with my dad at St Mark Village about a 10 minute drive away. Great location, very clean, excellent amenities like microwave and fridge in the room and a lovely little patio to sit out on in the evenings. Staff were really friendly and the breakfast was brilliant. Definitely going to book here every time I travel from London to visit my dad. ”

“We enjoyed our stay and we're very happy with everything. Our room was newly remodeled on the bottom floor and right next to the pool and jet pool. The pool was very clean and refreshing, as was the jet pool. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely book there again 😀”

“Joe and Barb or Beverly (apologies i forgot the ladies name) but they had patience and the most wondrrful customer service. After over 2 hours of on the phone with expedia and working with who knows else, these two managed tp work out an honest mistake on my part of the wrong date. They were so amazing and kind and i truly appreciate everything they did for me.”

“An enjoyable stay at the Holiday Inn and Suites, Clearwater. Our room with balcony was spacious, clean and quiet. Restaurant on site provided dining options with great menu and prices. Hotel location was perfect with beach and attractions within walking distance. We had a great time, no complaints and would stay again. ”
