"The room was,clean and comfortable.
There were 2 water bottles in the fridge.
What was missing, were cups of any type,and a coffee maker. We had to walk to the ice cream shop next door to get cups, and walk in the rain to get coffee.
You would think for almost $400.00

"Our stay was everything we were looking for, waterfront, easy on/off the beach from our room, lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach and nearby pool. Sunsets were amazing, lobster rolls in the piano bar were incredible. One day there was an issue with the kitchen and they brough complimentary spread to the pool area. July is expensive but it was definitely worth it. We live on Long Island and didn't have to deal with flying issues. Just a 2 hour drive and 4 days of relaxing sun....."

"The house was great - clean, spacious, well-stocked and cozy. The pool was a great hit with my kids! The backyard area with the pool is secluded and quiet and we truly enjoyed our time. The beds were clean and comfy. The whole house has nice updates throughout. We walked the neighborhood and met some nice people and deer ) the drive to the Hamptons was only 45 minutes. The beaches around the house were nice and quiet and so were the restaurants. Overall amazing vacation, we would gladly come back! "
"Great property!! We had a private pool, hot tub, little eating area outside with a hammock, and a small kitchen upstairs. The space was perfect for me and my friends for a weekend getaway. It’s close to several wineries as well. Andrew is very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again!! "

"We had another fantastic vacation staying at the house. The location cannot be any better, only a few minutes walking distance from the beach. The house has a yard that faces the lake, we wake up to birds and bunnies in the yard. It's close to the wineries and restaurants. House is clean, and enough for family of 5. Will come back again next year!"
"The property is beautiful- was nice to relax in the Adirondack chairs near the marina in the evenings. We stayed in the Grand Suite and everything was spotless and comfortable. As others have said, it is a bit easy to hear your neighbors through the walls at night, but nothing earplugs can’t fix if you’re a light sleeper. The staff were incredible, attentive, and looked after us well. The beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever had in an accommodation. Would definitely return. "
"We had a wonderful stay. The house was spotless and well appointed with modern fixtures. King bed in Master bedroom plus four additional bedrooms each with a bed slept our gang comfortably. Backyard pergola with settee and hammocks set the relaxing tone for the weekend. Looking forward to booking it again."

"This is great property - perfectly renovated and close to everything including a nice North Fork beach in walking distance. Our host Bill communicates well and has thought of everything - house is well appointed and tastefully renovated with AirCon and washer/dryer. Sheets and Towels are clean and high quality! A beautiful, lush and grassy yard awaits your kids and the fire pit is perfect. Bill, our host was very nice in providing suggestions on where to go and what to do - some very nice restaurants ms wineries are close - a list is provided in the host book. Next time we travel to the NoFo we will stay again! "

"This home is beautiful, spacious and a wonderful gate away! Tucked into a quiet neighborhood with an incredible yard. It was perfect for our gathering with several families and young kids. The bedrooms are spacious and the house is sprawling with plenty of room to spread out. The cute touches like puzzle challenges and games to play made it lovely. The screened in porch with heaters was a favorite spot of adults and kids alike. We would highly recommend and stay again!"
