Mount Maxwell Provincial Park Tours

I have trouble with stairs because of medical problems. The only way to enter this facility is up a flight of stairs through the restaurant or to walk around a park to the lobby entrance of the hotel. That entrance is where the parking lot is which is fine if you arrive by car. I arrived as a walk on passenger on the Coho. I chose this hotel because it is a short walk across the street. But your entrance issue negates that convenience. I shouldn't need to take an Uber to go around the block to get into the hotel. What about people with walkers and wheelchairs? How do they get in? I saw a Dad carry his stroller up the stairs. Because this hotel is older I imagine this can't be fixed. Given that, it should be put in the literature that the entrance is a problem for people with mobility issues. And add to it that the bathroom has a step up and is hazardous no matter how big the warning sign is on that step.

This hotel is very dated and needs some TLC. Carpets old, wall paper peeling is areas, no modern wifi connections to mention a few.

One block back from the Black Ball ferry terminal. Across the street from Parliament. Breakfast included. Super convenient!
