Perfect for Family Beach Vacation

Great location, beautiful and private backyard area. Clean place with everything you need. Arcade machine in the basement is a really nice bonus.

This house was perfect! Very well stocked house, was very surprised by all the amenities! The master bed is like sleeping on a cloud! Walk way to the gulf is only a few steps away! Pool is perfect sized!

Enjoyable spring break with family

Rob is an amazing host, always available and responsive, makes sure your stay is comfortable and responds very promptly to any requests or concerns. The home was perfectly located to everything, the private pool and outside is an absolute paradise. You won’t be disappointed by booking one of his properties.

Thanksgiving getaway

We had such a wonderful time at this house !!! The house was perfect for our family and the yard was amazing! Having a fenced in yard, heated pool, game room, and steps away from the beach was absolute perfection.

Great house and yard

The kitchen is well stocked. The backyard was great. It has everything, pool, fire pit, swings and lots of space. Great location where you can walk the dog without lots of traffic.

What an amazing week at the beach! Rob was so great, he checked in to make sure everything was perfect and it was, he allowed us to check in early and made sure we had everything we needed! Highly recommend! House was amazing, could not ask for more! We will stay again!

The perfect family getaway

The property was ideal for our family vacation. We were able to have our dogs join us. Our kids loved bouncing back between the pool and the beach. The owners were very responsive and provided everything we needed. My son left his favorite swim trunks there and before I even got home, I received a text offering to mail them back to us.

The perfect vacation

This home if the perfect place for a family vacation! It's a short 5 minute walk to the ocean. Right across the street has a beautiful view of the sunrise and sunset! Rob was a perfect host! He responds quickly and efficiently. The pool area was out favorite! It's a very large area and our dogs enjoyed running around the yard! This was a perfect vacation! Thank you, Rob!

Perfect Beach House!

Rob's house was ideal for our stay in Pensacola Beach. It was clean, nicely updated and well equipped for guests. We all really enjoyed the pool and the landscaped yard. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids. We appreciated the well equpped kitchen and things like usb charging points around the house. The beach (just a 5 minute walk) is spectacular. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay!

The property was just as described and pictured. Checkin was easy and the house was clean. It was a short, 5min drive to the beach. The beach was quiet and relaxing, no crowds. One of the best parts was we could bring our dog with us. Our twin 7-yr olds loved playing on the beach during the day and having a nice, heated pool to swim in at night. Overall was a great vacation for spring break.

Family Thanksgiving

House is located very close to beach and bay, excellent neighborhood, safe walking streets, close to shopping, excellent views, comfortable inside, well stocked kitchen, lots of fresh towels, loved the ping pong downstairs. Pool was clean and beautiful. Enjoyed the backyard space and firepit. Pensacola beaches are beautiful! The backyard fencing was excellent for privacy. Rob was quick to answer all questions. Wonderful vacay stay for 5 adults!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay! There were 4 adults and 3 children. The house was exactly as described in the listing. The pool was perfect. The house came with all the extras needed for a day at the beach, including beach towels, chairs, sand toys, and wagons! The house was clean. Robert was a great host, being very responsive to questions and checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The house is a very short walk to the beach, that was even easy enough for my 4 year old boys, which was great! The only suggestion I have for improvement would be to maybe have a twin bed added downstairs. The sofa bed has a very, very thin mattress that is too uncomfortable to sleep on. I would recommend this home to other families looking to visit Pensacola!

Home away from home

Home was listed exactly as stated and was so well at making us feel comfortable. The pool and game room left there no room for bickering for our kids. It is always a big plus for us when we are allowed to bring our four legged kids with us so them having a closed yard to run around in was perfect. The pool was a great bonus for the kids when they did not want to walk to the beach which took us a total of 5 min. The home gave us lots of amenties to make us comfortable (towels, cart for beach, cooking accessories, pool accessories, etc). The home is also close enough to food and shopping but far away to give you privacy to relax without feeling like you are in the middle of all the tourist attractions. Great home overall 5 stars in our books.

We really enjoyed the location, and the house. Great space. We lived in the patio area… the pool are was great. We did movie night with a projector, had s’mores on the Firepit Had a great time.The house is in a quiet area, very safe. We brought our dogs, dog friendly…. Doesn’t get any better than this.I highly recommend, and would love to stay there again.

Family Getaway

Spent a week here with 6 family members. House is very true to listing, pool and patio area are absolutely phenomenal. Walk to beach was easier than expected (very easy). Location to restaurants and shopping was very convenient. Communication with Rob the owner was always easy and he is very responsive. Highly recommend this property!!

This property was perfect for a large family and had everything we needed! It was minutes away from the beach which we walked daily (with a 3 year old) and had such a relaxing outdoor atmosphere at the house where we would spend our afternoons! The pool was perfect for all ages and so clean!! We loved the outdoor space to sit in the shade and swing! We grilled out one night and the lights in the pool and under the deck were awesome! The property is also only about 5-7 minutes away (driving) to all the best restaurants, ice cream, and coffee shops! Robert was great to communicate with and always got back to me promptly! I would highly recommend this property to anyone! We had a great stay!

Perfect Beach House Getaway for Families with Kids and Pets

We recently spent a weekend this stunning beach house, and it was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. Traveling with kids and dogs, we always look for accommodations that are both relaxing and kid and-friendly—and this house checked every box.The HouseThe home itself is spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotless. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The PoolThe private pool was the highlight for the kids. It has a shallow area that was perfect for our youngest to splash around in. There were plenty of loungers and even a shaded area where we could relax while the kids swam. LocationThe house is just a short walk to the beach—less than 5 minutes away. We’d head out in the mornings when it was cooler, come back for lunch and pool time, and sometimes go back to the beach for sunset. There are also a few great family-friendly restaurants and an ice cream shop nearby.Final ThoughtsIf you're looking for a relaxing, family-oriented beach escape with all the comforts of home—and then some—this beach house is a fantastic choice. We’re already talking about booking again next summer!

Beautiful backyard

Everything was wonderful! The host was very responsive. The heated pool was everything and we even had our own private fenced in “beach”. Perfect!! We turned the downstairs game room into a private room for our teenager who loved it. Walking distance to the boat ramp and to the beach on the other side.
