The main level offers comfortable seating in the living area, including a sleeper sofa, sectional, and 85” Sony TV. The multifunctional kitchen has been renovated with a new countertop table that seats 7, along with and extended island that seats 2. New stainless steel KitchenAid appliances modernize the kitchen while providing top rated functionality. Living space can be extended with the spacious outdoor Gulf view main floor balcony with outdoor grill. Also on the main level is a main floor master bedroom with a king bed, 55” TV, and private bay view balcony access.
The second level extends your leisure with three additional bedrooms, including the Gulf view master bedroom with a king bed, ensuite double vanity luxury bath, private outdoor gulf view balcony with panoramic views, and private sitting area with a 65” TV. Bedroom 3 offers two relaxing queen beds with deluxe bedding and a 55” Samsung Frame TV. Bedroom 4 is furnished with two twin beds and a 49” Samsung Frame TV. Bedroom 4 shares a guest bath room with the double queen bedroom.
The Perch's amenities include onsite outdoor grill, garage, and complimentary wireless internet. Shopping, entertainment, and dining are easily accessible from White Sands town homes. Come and enjoy the shortest walk to the beach and all Pensacola Beach has to offer at The Perch today! We are looking forward to sharing our home with you! Smoking: Smoking is prohibited on the Premises. Any guests that have smoked in the rental property as determined solely by THE PERCH will incur a minimum penalty fee of $150.00. If there is damage caused by smoking, including burns, ash stains, and odor in excess of $150.00, THE PERCH will also charge the repair and /or clean-up in excess of $150.00 to the credit card on file to pay for cleaning or repair.
Pets: Pets are not allowed on the Premises. Lessee will incur an additional charge if any evidence of a pet is found on the Premises. Having a pet on the Premises will void the Rental Agreement and therefore the Lessee, the Lessee’s guest(s), visitor(s) or invitee(s) will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of any rental payments. A cleaning and fumigation charge of $250.00 will be charged back to the Lessee.
Quiet Time: A quiet time will go into affect after 8:00pm.
Internet: Unauthorized downloading, copyright infringement or any misuse of the internet service on the Premises is prohibited.
Owner Closets: Each Premises has a locked closet(s) that has personal property of the Owner & THE PERCH. These locked closets are not to be tampered with or entered. The penalty is a minimum charge of $200.00 to the authorized credit card on file with Lessee’s reservation if evidence is found of disturbance/tampering into the Owner closet.
Children: For the purposes of this provision, the terms “child” or “children” refer to persons less than eighteen (18) years of age. Lessee agrees that it is Lessee’s responsibility to take any and all necessary precautions to ensure child safety on the Premises during the Rental Terms and reasonable periods before and after the Rental Term. Lessee agrees to keep all children on the Premises under Lessee’s direct supervision. Lessee understands that there is no lifeguard on duty at the Premises.
Liability: THE PERCH will not be liable for injuries resulting from any accident that may occur in or on the premises during Lessees occupancy (including guests and visitors). Lessee and visitor(s) and invitee(s) of Lessee agrees to assume any and all responsibility and liability for their own actions, or lack thereof resulting in injury or death on the Premises. Lessee, guest(s), visitor(s) and invitee(s)will not hold the property Owner, THE PERCH, their directors, officers, employees, agents and assigns liable for any personal loss or injury arising from the use of said Premises, including but not limited to exposure to allergens, injury caused by wild animals or insects and/or use of recreational facilities and equipment, barbeque grills, bicycles, or other amenities that may be located at the Premises. The sole remedy for Lessee, guests of Lessee and visitor(s) and invitee(s) of Lessee for injury at the premises, failure to make the Premises available for the Rental Term, or breach of this Rental Agreement, is a refund of the fees paid, which Lessee Lessee, guests of hereby agrees and acknowledges is fair and reasonable. THE PERCH will not be held responsible for acts of theft or vandalism or other damages to the Lessee or guests' personal items left in the unit.
Indemnification: Lessee hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property Owner, THE PERCH, their directors, officers, employees, agents and assigns from any and all costs, attorney’s fees, suits, losses, settlements, judgments, fines, liabilities, damages or claims for damages arising out of or in connection with any damage to the Premises or any injury or death of any person occurring at or near the Premises during the Rental Term caused directly or indirectly by Lessee, or Lessee’s guests, visitors or invitees.
