“We were unable to access the accommodation: upon arrival, we found ourselves in front of code boxes, no response to calls to the owner between 4 PM and 5 PM, no calls from him despite the message left on voicemail in English, no email indicating the codes. In short, unable to leave 2 children in the blazing sun, we were forced to book another hotel and lose the money for this rental. “Location is fantastic! This is right in Lucerne old town. Everything is walkable from here. Since it’s right in the city, night time walks with gelato is easy. Property is fair, not fancy or upgraded recently but fair enough. Shower area is tiny so anyone about 5,11” and above can’t shower here. Overall a good stay. ”

“Our stay here meet all of our expectations, and was our favorite part of our vacation. The host was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable about the area and gave great recommendations. "The room is good but the check in experience is really bad. The staff at the check in counter is impolite and rude. He was not wearing a name tag and he almost broke our passports. He pressed our passports in 360 degree turn with “deadly force” and it was terrible. When he asked us to pay the city taxes, he just bang on the machine twice with his hand. I hope the hotel can do some training for the check-in counter staffs. "
