“Great motel! Everything is brand new. Location is convenient. Plus some nice extras. There's a very large green space behind the property with a soccer goal, a basketball net (balls for both), picnic tables and nice Adirondack chairs. Also nice for walking your dog. There's a large lobby with nice sofas, table & chairs so there's a place to go to get out of your room and/or to have a get together. ”

“Very nice accomodations and friendly staff. Drew at front desk provided some great recommendations for food choices and wine tasting. Room attendants were on top of things keeping our room stocked with towels and tidied up. Quiet on property.”

“We had a fantastic time. Beautiful, clean, and all the comforts of home. Loved the beach and swimming in front of the property! We didn’t get to use the hot tub, kayaks and paddle boats but it’s wonderful to have for those who would like them, or if we had more time. We love the Wellwood and Backfin Blues for dining. Dave and Barb are wonderful hosts that reached out during stay. I would highly recommend this lovely cottage. Thank you for hosting us! ”

“This is our second stay in this slice of heaven located along the North East River. I loved seeing the sunrise while kayaking and watching the ever-changing clouds, herons, eagles, and osprey. The kids did some wading/swimming at low tide, fishing and searched for shells. My son brought some firewood along so that we could enjoy sitting outside at night by the fire while looking at stars while at the campfire. With the 5 bedroom/sleeping areas, we were able to fit the whole family comfortably.……
