Nice single story home in Chandler neighborhood. 4 bedrooms 2 bath. Game room with pool table and Foos ball. Relaxing backyard with heated pool(90+), November 1- May 1st. At no additional fee. orange tree and a comfortable space to sit and visit. No two stories close by...which makes for a very private backyard. Washer and dryer, dishwasher, cable in the master and main living room, WiFi, Netflix in every room with 4 separate accounts. and 50 inch TV's in every room. Security system. Minutes from Lone Tree Golf Course,. New Gila River Resort and Casino 3 minutes(1.2 miles) 9.0 miles to Gilbert Temple and minutes away from many hiking trails.

Family getaway

This property was fabulous for our family getaway. The amenities of the pool, foosball and pool table filled all our spare time! The house was set up well with two wings of bedrooms and center kitchen and living area. I highly recommend this property!

Spring Training Getaway

The accommodations were great and the property owner (Lorena) was wonderful. We had a few questions and she answered them quickly. I would definitely recommend this property and hopefully stay there again in the future.

Great Place

Again, great place, pool, house, (well stocked). Lorena is so easy to communicate with. The location is perfect for us, easy access, quiet neighborhood…this is the second time we’ve rented and it’s always been a smooth transaction.

Great Sunny Get Away

Traveled with Grandparents, parents and kids to get some sun. Everyone loved the pool and the game room. Beds were comfy- highly recommend!

Perfect house

We stay in a lot of rentals for our family vacations and this was one of the top. We were in town for youth spring training (baseball) and found the house to be perfect for what we needed. The most well stocked house we’ve ever had, from towels, to dishes, to condiments and spices and soaps. Communication was great and overall everything went seamlessly. Would absolutely stay here again.

Escape from frigid North Dakota

This is the second year I have rented this property. This property has all the amenities needed centrally located to all areas that I went to.The hostess was awesome very easy to work with returns calls immediately. I would rate my stay a 10

Wonderful weekend stay!

Had a very nice vacation here! The neighborhood is extremely quiet and well kept. The pool is by far the highlight. We enjoyed that it was very warm and clean with a nice sitting area. The orange tree was also fun to see! The pool table was also very fun to use and close to the living room and kitchen making it easy to hangout. The bedrooms are nice and comfortable and the master bedroom/bathroom is beautiful and very large. Lorena was very nice and accommodating! Overall it is a very nice home and nice place to stay! Definitely recommended!

Great home for a holiday, family gathering!

We had two young kids with us, so the lovely, very warm pool was a definite must, and they loved it. We made daily trips to the playground, which was a nice walk. The open, central location of the living and kitchen spaces made gathering seven of us really nice. The holiday decor made it really special. All of the bedrooms and the two bathrooms were very nice and everything in the home was very clean and ready for our stay. We were even greeted with special treats. We can highly recommend staying here!

Amazing property, even nicer than photos convey! Super well stocked, everything we needed and more! My young kids loved the books and games and of course spent hours each day in the WARM pool! Would absolutely recommend this property!

Great Family House!

We really enjoyed our stay - the heated pool was a huge hit and the house was very family friendly. Loved the pool table, extra games and coloring pencils/paper. Fantastic Springfield Lakes home
