This bright, stylish space was remodeled for your maximum comfort and enjoyment. For starters, you'll love the outdoor entertainment space complete with a hot tub, life-size chess, loungers and other games.

Your home is fully equipped with everything you need to make a home-cooked meal. There is speedy WiFi, a flat-screen TV (with Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN), and a full-size washer and dryer. The unit was very clean, beds were soft, neighborhood was quiet and okay. The only issue is that it was difficult to find the property. Somehow there needs to be a better way ti ID the unit. Signage could be bigger and more eye catching.

Nice Place With Pros and Cons
Pros: Extremely clean. Close to major routes. Property manager easily accessible (i.e., we needed new lawn chairs and they were delivered the same day.) Cons: No access to local TV channels. No access to Internet in the home. Dependent on nearby rental home for access. (i.e., the Internet went out while we were there; had to wait for renters in other home to return home so they could reset Internet). Not much of a view since rental is directly behind another rental. If you have previously only rented condos (as we have), the neighborhood barking dogs may be a nuisance.

Our military family was in desperate need of a getaway and this home was the perfect place! It was clean, quiet, and close to everything we needed. The Guest Services Team was super responsive throughout the stay and made sure we had everything we needed and more. Would absolutely consider staying again

Property was just as described. It was perfect for the 2 of us. Loved that we had washer and dryer available. We had been away from home almost 2 weeks when we checked in. I have one suggestion, perhaps a box of Kleenex would be nice. The lack of it would not keep us from staying again.

We had an amazing stay! We have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and this one was at the top for cleanliness inside and out. So cozy and had everything we needed. The property manager was amazing and very responsive. Definitely planning to stay there again.

Loved this little house! Decorated so adorably. Spacious and cozy! Would of loved to have 2 bathrooms but older homes it’s just how they are set up. The remodel was beautiful and gave it a new feel. Quiet street but don’t suggest using the QT 2 blocks from the house in the dark hours if you’re a women traveling alone. As for the Vrbo rental I’d stay here again!

Perfect spot.
The home is located near to shops and restaurants. As well as spa services. We had some girlfriends come from out of town. The patio was the perfect place to host a dinner. The kitchen was equiped with all necessary pots pans and utensils. Very surprised and delighted with the comfort of the beds. That's a huge bonus for older folks! Thank you.

This house is super comfortable, clean with great air conditioning and a great shower. The kitchen is huge with all the amenities and the location is excellent to reach downtown, midtown, biltmore and hiking. Beds were super comfortable. Nice puffy feather comforters. really clean and fresh! We had absolutely no problems whatsoever and enjoyed this house very much. Quiet neighborhood, safe, with bar/restaurant and coffee shop basically across street although unit has 2 coffee makers. There were no bugs, no odors. It was a fantastic place to stay.

Booked the incorrect date
Unfortunately, we booked sept 12-15, rather than Oct 12-15. It was our mistake and extremely unfortunate. (Empty nest brain!) We were extremely bummed that the owners would not work with us and possibly credit a portion of the money we paid them for a future stay at their property. We will now search for another property to stay in while we visit our son in college for family weekend. A real bummer. (And I put one star on everything because it made me fill in the star section. But I don’t know if the house was clean, etc. because we never stayed there )

We found the property to be clean, well equipped, and pleasantly decorated. Beds were comfortable and all appliances worked. We had an initial problem with the air conditioning which was quickly resolved with a phone call to the manager.
