Pet-Friendly 2Bed/2Bath Modern Farmhouse with Steam Shower and High-End Kitchen

This Tempe location couldn't be better! Perfect place to stay if you're in town to visit ASU or attend concerts, art festivals or sporting events in downtown Tempe. Great for enjoying the Mill ave night life and Tempe Town Lake. Located in one of Tempe's oldest neighborhoods, everything you need is within walking distance.
The space
The beautifully remodeled home includes two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both bedrooms have comfy beds (1 king and 1 queen), walk-in closets, and tv's. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers. One of the bathrooms also has a luxurious steam shower with 5 shower heads. The well-stocked kitchen has high-end Viking appliances and marble countertops. Eat inside on the four bar stools or outside on the patio with views of downtown Tempe and A mountain. The home also has a great enclosed BBQ courtyard and an enclosed backyard.
Guest access
The entire home and backyard is at your disposal. The driveway can be used for parking however the garage and basketball court are currently unavailable for guests.....

Tempe AZ Home

This is a wonderful home in Tempe close to Arizona State University and many restaurants, grocery, drug and convenience stores close by. It is a very walkable area. We were in Tempe for the Ironman which was held less than a mile from the property which was perfect. The home is very clean with updated decor and appliances. It is perfect for 4 people, 1 queen bed and one king and both bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The patio and outdoor areas are just as nice. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly to all questions, but we had few as all instructions are provided. If we are ever in the Phoenix area again we will definitely stay here.

Great location, cozy, luxurious

I stayed here for Ironman Arizona. The location was great! It was close enough to walk to Ironman Village / transition (Tempe Beach Park). The neighborhood was quiet. Grocery and restaurants only a couple blocks away. The house was clean, spacious, luxurious. Off street parking was nice. Host was responsive and easy-going. Highly recommend!
