The hotel is so close to Mayo Clinic and this time was affordable. The barking dogs were a little annoying at times, but manageable. I would always stay here when I have appointments at the clinic, if I could.

parking charge added when you already pay a premium because it is located next to Mayo Hosp. (PHX) . Room is roomy but needs an update. Walk in shower floods bathroom. I will not stay there again.

Property is little old. But for anyone visiting Mayo clinic, this is the easiest and closest. Only 2 min walk. Rooms are good. Equipped with all basic amenities like plates, spoons, coffee.. Very good breakfast

The hotel is fantastic. It’s clean. The staff is friendly. They offered to move us to a closer room to the office so we wouldn’t have to walk as far. It was just a real pleasure to stay there. The breakfast was outstanding. I have nothing to say bad. Actually, the only other thing I would add, I think the room should have an area where you could plug-in a charging cord. Other than that, it was perfect.
