Great staff all very professional and helpful! The room was spotless but I would recommend the bathroom fans to work if they have any it got a little muggy in the room due to the shower. The breakfast was great even thought u have to pay and service was good as well there!

The problem is their bedding. It’s synthetic so you wake up sweating and then you get cold…then you wake up again sweaty. They need breathable bedding. Our shower floor was also greasy which was kinda gross. Food was really expensive but not great.

Staff was great and room clean. Loved that they gave us endless supply of water. One negative was we got married on this trip and my husband wanted to surprise me with rose petals on bed which the hotel says they do. But when they found out we booked thru expedia they would not do it. I was very disappointed.

Place was just ok. Not what you expect from prices that high(the room & anything on property). Also the $30 a day resort fee and $37 a day parking fee are laughable. Won’t go back to a Gaylord.
