“Great stay will stay here again”

“Checked into my room, when I walked in, there was a string chemical smell. Then, after laying in bed for a while, watching a show on my phone, a roach crawled on the bed next to me. Called the front desk. She switched me to another room, saying, "But, it's non- smoking". I told her the first one was supposed to be and she said it wasn't bc my reservation was for smoking. I double-checked, wrong. I reserved non-smoking in the first place. Then, the top security lock was broken on the door so I……

“weird smell”

“The window was dirty. The towels were stained the tub had a huge patch of fiberglass on the bottom that was rough and hurt your feet. I had to wear flip flops to shower. The shower was stuck on so when you turned the water on you couldn’t adjust the temp before getting hit with freezing water. I’m a big disabled guy and they didn’t have an elevator. “Under new management and I believe he's doing better also trying to make the property better as a whole.”

“I’ve been to about ~20 hotels in my life in various states and this was one of the biggest & nicest rooms I’ve ever stayed in for the price. The only thing I would recommend is adding bacon for breakfast but this hotel was so beyond my expectations that I can’t give this location less than 5 stars over a breakfast preference. I definitely recommend this hotel if you’re passing through.”

“😄”

“Hotel is older and you can tell but it's clean and the staff is friendly. Breakfast did not have a very large selection but everything was cooked well, fresh, and tasted fine and my family had plenty. Ample parking. Second time staying at this hotel and I recognized some staff from last year, which means at least not all the staff positions have a high turnover rate.”

“The room was clean and the breakfast provided a lot of options. The only downside was that the water temperature fluctuates a lot while taking a shower. It goes from hot to cold and you have to wait a while for it to get hot again”
