Room was very clean, front desk staff were welcoming, maintenance fixed broken clock. Bathroom around the edges showed signs of age as did one lamp in room which was quite pitted with rust

Familiar with the area..knew it was a newer area surrounding the hotel and lots of choices for dining and shopping.. we were passing through to Disney. Easy access to 95 so stay was convenient and affordable..
