The only two things not up to par was the air conditioning vent in the living room was gross, we had to wash black stuff off several times. And The refrigerator/ice maker was extremely loud. "Great location and easy parking next to the secure door of your unit. Just steps up to a well decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath, living room, dinning area, terrific kitchen, and hall living quaters. Step outside and you can walk to Jarretts art gallery, little wine shop, a play house, an art boutique and oriental Tai food. Beach is 1 block away with new resturants and High Tides has great bands playing on the weekends. Just cant say enough about what a terrific stay we had. Enjoy!"

"This is the place I want to stay any time I visit Colonial Beach. It’s the perfect space for me and a friend. We each get our own room and bathroom, have a huge kitchen to utilize, and it’s right in the center of town."

Very disappointing. we would have re-scheduled, It wasn't turned back on until late afternoon. The house was so clean and exactly like the pictures! We enjoyed our time on the rooftop lounge area!
